Safety vests are now required during load in and load out!

Welcome to the Coastal Swap Meet, where we have 700 stalls for rent, including:
 10’ x 10’ indoor stalls in two connected buildings
 10’ x 18’ car corral stalls – outdoor
 9’ x 18’ & 10’ x 18’ outdoor stalls (east of the building, and most of the south side is on pavement / west side on grass)

The outdoor grassy area to the south west of the Tradex building entrance (the Car Corral) is mainly used to display “for sale” vehicles. It is the only location on the site where in-and-out movement is permitted during the Swap Meet, so that potential purchasers can take a test drive.

The rental rate for the two days is $ 55 per stall if booked in advance. Stall rental increases to $60 on the days of the meet and are rented on a first come first served basis.  You will receive one wrist band per stall that is good for both days. At the time of check-in, vendors can purchase additional wrist bands, good for both days, at $ 20 each for your “helpers”.

If you are paying your $ 55 stall rental by credit card, you will be charged a 3.8 % fee, so your actual cost will be $ 57.09 / stall. If booking on the day of your total will be $62.28.

Vendor move-in is from 7:00 AM to 12 noon on Friday and 7:00 – 7:30 AM on Saturday.

If you have prepaid, you will be given your vendors package when you enter through the parking lot where you can buy additional wrist bands and a bit later pay for parking.  From there, our volunteers will direct you to the appropriate entry location.

If need to pay for your stall rental, or are registering at the event, you will be directed to a holding location inside the parking lot. You will have to walk to the event office just inside the Tradex building, to the right, where you will pay or register, and potentially purchase more wrist bands @ $ 20 each.

You can register for the next year by coming to the OFFICE from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Friday or after 8:00 AM on Saturday. Please do not come to the office prior to those times since we are quite busy processing day-of-the-event registrations.

Returning Vendors
For returning vendors (it is now early 2024) please call Colleen Stepney at 604-612-0565 or email her at coastalswapmeet73@gmail.com No need to complete a registration form.

If you were a vendor a few years ago but not in 2023, we have retained your profile, so please update your personal data if necessary, plus your stall requirements, and submit it by email to Colleen.

New Vendors
Either mail the completed registration form and  your cheque to the address on the registration form or email the registration form as an attachment to Colleen Stepney at coastalswapmeet73@gmail.com.

If you drive to Tradex using GPS, enter “1190 Cornell St, Abbotsford” as your destination, but do not leave Mt Lehman Road since Cornell St will take you to the front of the Tradex building where there is no access to the parking lot.

The most convenient way to enter the show site is to pay your stall rental fee at the time of registration, by credit card, or by mailing a cheque to our mailbox. Please see the “CONTACT US” link. If paying by cheque, please make it payable to “Coastal Swap Meet”.
